George Lacovara joins Gander & White US Los Angeles!

A twenty-five year veteran of the art logistics industry, George Lacovara has honed his trade at some of the finer companies in New York City before joining Gander & White this Spring with the mission to open and run our new facility in Los Angeles.

Though a life-long New Yorker, George’s contacts in the Los Angeles museum, gallery and design fields are extensive as is his familiarity with the demands and needs of the LA marketplace. He has a firm background in international art shipping and regulations, local and interstate domestic transport, safe art handling and packing methodology and customer service. He is comfortable managing all types of specialized shipments for all types of clients and can use the broad international network of foreign and domestic agents built up over his twenty-five years in the business to move almost anything safely from Point A to Point B.
