Gander & White London are seeking a Museums & Exhibitions Coordinator to support our Museums Department. The position is full time and will be office based directly reporting to our museums division director. It will involve assisting administratively on a wide range of projects both domestically and internationally from traveling shows to exhibition installations. Prior experience in shipping / art handling is essential whilst an existing understanding of museum and gallery procedures as well as UK customs formalities is highly desirable.

Los Angeles:

Gander & White Los Angeles is looking for an experienced Project Manager/Shipping Coordinator. The primary responsibilities of the Project Manager/Shipping Coordinator role are the following: directly interact with our clients through estimating, booking, managing, and invoicing high-value and complex fine art shipments. These include both import and export shipments (a strong background in international art shipping is preferred), domestic ground and airfreight shipments, and local handling and installation projects.

The Project Manager/Shipping Coordinator works closely with the local trucking, crating, and warehouse departments, with our regional branches in the USA, our overseas branches in the UK and France, and with our vast network of partner agents both domestic and international. The Project Manager/Shipping Coordinator is expected to master all G+W systems, procedures, and policies.

This position reports to the Branch Director and works closely with all staff members in both the office and operations departments. The position is in-office as part of a collaborative team environment.
