Gander & White has a rich military heritage. Our founder, Frank White, was a decorated RAF officer during the Second World War and his wife, Andrée who also ran the business, received the Croix de Guerre, Medaille de la Resistance and a military Legion d’Honneur for her work in the French Resistance.
