Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Art Handler, Installer & Driver to join our Miami operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fine art handling, installation, and packing, with the ability to safely transport artworks using company vehicles. This role requires professionalism, strong teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle, pack, move, and install fine art, antiques, and decorative objects with the highest level of care.
  • Prepare artworks for transport, storage, or installation using appropriate materials and methods.
  • Drive company vehicles locally and regionally to complete deliveries and collections.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles in good working order.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in art handling, installation, or museum/gallery work required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy or delicate objects safely.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
